Q: Where do your charms come from?
A: Right here at Microsculptures. We design, manufacture, assemble and ship under one roof.

Q: Are your charms made only in the USA?
A: From start to finish under one roof in the USA.

Q: Are your charms all strictly your own design?
A: Each design is an original Microsculptures design.

Q: Is the design detail really as good as you say it is?
A: You must see it to believe it. The pictures just can't show the detail.

Q: How far ahead do I need to order?
A: Sterling silver will ship within 24 to 48 hours.
A: Gold vermeil will usually ship within 24 to 48 hours. Call to check stock.
A: 14K gold is made to order. We do not stock 14K gold charms. Gold will ship in three weeks.

Q: How do you ship?
A: We ship by UPS. However, you may request US Mail. (See order page)

Q: Will a gold charm last as long as a silver charm?
A: Yes. They are extremely durable in either gold or silver.

Q: How does the gold vermeil hold up?
A: It is very durable and long wearing. It is 22K gold plate over sterling.
